The ultimate gourmet flavor experience- a range of carefully selected whiskies, paired with a range of premium, locally-sourced cheeses ; each offering different complements to the flavours of their whisky pairings- with discussion of both the origins of the food and the whisky. All cheese are sourced from an independent local cheese monger.
